What F express service options do YOU prefer?

There are different service options available when F express service between Kings Highway and Jay Street is restored. Remember that once the express tracks are used between Jay Street and Church Avenue, the G must use the local tracks and terminate at either Church Avenue or Kings Highway. There are no other stations where trains can be turned back.

But that leaves other options for the F. Some F trains can run express, others can run local as not to penalize passengers boarding at local stations. Back in the day Coney Island bound trains were the expresses, and Kings Highway bound trains were the locals.

Some have suggested extending the V to Church Avenue during rush hours as the local service. Any other suggestions???

Welcome to the WE WANT THE "F" EXPRESS BLOG!

Welcome to the WE WANT THE "F" EXPRESS BLOG! Please feel free to post your thoughts on why the F express service in Brooklyn needs to be restored. The Culver line is the only Brooklyn line that does not have some express service on it. This has been the case since 1976!
